Submit a claim through the SpatialX mobile app — basic details, GPS pin, photos of any supporting documents.

Eligibility check by SpatialX. Microfinance partner approves the survey loan. You sign a simple agreement.

Survey on site

A licensed surveyor visits your parcel. Boundaries are walked with you and your neighbours; everyone signs off.

Approve & register

Government registry reviews the file. A public objection period gives the community a chance to flag issues.

What does it cost me?

The pilot programme is structured so the average all-in cost is around USD 800 per parcel. You do not pay this upfront — a microfinance partner funds the cost, and you repay over time.

Is my title really mine, or does the lender own it?

The title is in your name. The lender holds it as collateral — like a bank holds a property mortgage — until you finish repaying the loan.

What if my land has a dispute?

SpatialX has a community validation step and a public objection period before the title is issued. If a real dispute is raised, that parcel is set aside for local mediation.

How long does it take?

The pilot programme target is 4–6 months from declaration to title issuance.

What countries are you operating in?

The 2026 pilot is launching in a single district in Uganda. We have engagements in Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and South Africa, expanding in 2027.
